This is one of the few times I actually enjoy a snow-filled valley. I don't like the cold and I find greater comfort and happiness when the sun is beating on my face rather than waking up to darkness at 8 in the morning...my grandpa despain is amazing. He's driven down from Blackfoot, ID to take us ice fishing these past two years that my family has been in Heber. It is wonderful. Even though I've never caught one, I'll keep trying...every year. It's nice to have something besides holidays to look forward to during long, cold winters ;)
